Sandeep Kumar Rishi is a seasoned Practising Company Secretary with over 35 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, advisory, and financial services. He specializes in SEBI regulations, IPO preparation, private equity advisory, corporate compliances, takeover regulations, and securities valuation under the Companies Act and applicable regulations. He has worked extensively with companies, promoters, and financial institutions, providing strategic guidance on regulatory and corporate matters.
He is a Company Secretary, LL.B. graduate, and Registered Valuer (IBBI) with expertise in managing IPO processes, SEBI/Stock Exchange compliances, due diligence, project financing, and corporate advisory. His experience includes supporting companies in achieving compliance readiness, fundraising, valuation, and sustainable business growth.
